特征特性:G-杆菌,赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶均阴性,氧化酶、精氨酸双水解酶均阳性,吲哚、伏-普实验阴性,发酵葡萄糖、果糖,不发酵乳糖,不产H2S。产生绿脓素。专性1,最适pH7.4~7.6。
参考用途:研究、质量控制,《GB 4789.28 培养基和试剂的质量要求》标准菌株。《GB 8538-2022 食品安全国家标准 饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》等效标准菌株。
