蛋白胨 5.0 g 牛肉浸粉 3.0 g NaCl 5.0 g 琼脂 15.0 g 蒸馏水 1000.0 mL pH 7.0
培养芽胞杆菌时加入5 mg MnSO4·H2O，则有利于产生芽胞。以上成分121℃，灭菌15 min。液体培养基不添加琼脂。推荐使用成品培养基。培养温度：36 ~37 ℃
