  添加L-胱氨酸到50毫升的1N盐酸调匀。加入剩余的组分，并把体积至950毫升调节pH至7.6 - 7.8。高压灭菌后，冷却至50℃后，在无菌条件下加入50.0毫升马血。调匀，倒入无菌培养皿或分发到无菌试管中。
