  Ca(NO3)2 x 4 H2O                      0.05g

  Na2HPO4                                    0.12g

  Distilled water                            900ml

  Adjust medium for final pH 6.8.   Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 min.

  Potato decoction:

  Diced potato                              20g

  Distilled water                            1000ml

  Boil for 30 min;   filter out potato and return volume of liquid to 1000 ml.
